Reservations by mail

Cash Deposit

  • Procedures cannot be made by mail for use dates within 4 weeks from the reservation date.
  • Please be sure to let us know when you make a tentative reservation that you would like to be sent by mail.
    We will not be able to receive mail that you have not asked us in advance.
  • If the room is not tentatively reserved, it will be invalid even if the room is vacant.

    Please send it by registered mail within the deadline together with the facility usage fee.
    Please be sure to write your tentative reservation number on the envelope.
  • Please note that reservations that have passed the deadline will be automatically canceled and will not be received.
  • We do not contact you regarding mailings (non-delivery, etc.).
  • After the payment is completed, we will return the permission and receipt. If you wish to address a different address from the organizer’s address, please contact the reception desk in advance
  • Please bring your permission form on the day of use.

Transfer Deposit

  • Procedures cannot be made by mail for use dates within 4 weeks from the reservation date.
  • During consecutive holidays and year-end and New Year holidays, we do not accept bank transfers.
  • Please be sure to let us know that you would like to be handled by mail or transfer when making a tentative reservation.
    We will not be able to receive mail that you have not asked us in advance.
  • If the room is not tentatively reserved, it will be invalid even if the room is vacant.

    Please send it by mail within 2~3 days of tentative reservation. (If the application (mailing) is delayed, the number of days until the transfer deadline will be shortened.) )
    Please be sure to write your tentative reservation number on the envelope.
  • After confirming the receipt slip, we will mail you a usage permit and a transfer form, so please transfer the facility usage fee within the transfer deadline.
  • If payment cannot be confirmed within the transfer deadline, the license to use will be invalid and will be treated as cancellation.
    However, it is possible to change to cash registered mail within the provisional reservation deadline.
  • We do not contact you by mail or transfer (undelivered, unpaid, expired, etc.).
  • Please bring your permission form on the day of use.
