Can Campus Plaza Kyoto be used by non-university officials?

Yes, it is open to the general public. Applications are accepted from the 1st of the month (the following day in the case of Monday) 3 months before the month to which the date of use belongs. Click here for usage fees

We do not store luggage. Please manage it by yourself.

Cooling is available from May ~ October, and heating is operated from December ~ March. Please understand that in order to promote the “National Movement” to prevent global warming, the temperature setting is set to 28 degrees Celsius in summer and 20 degrees Celsius in winter.

Basically, the museum is open, but there may be disturbances in transportation, disasters, etc., so please use it for safety reasons. Please note that we cannot respond to refunds due to cancellation.

Only the “hall” on the 2nd floor can be used for parties using catering. Please refrain from serving anything other than snacks in other rental rooms. * If the rental room is defaced, etc., compensation may be claimed.

Is there a self-study space?

The student-plus exchange space on the first floor can be used by any university student for self-study, job hunting, and light work such as production and shipping.
The space on the west side of the 1st and 2nd floors is a corner where you can view information about the university, etc., and please refrain from using it for a long time.
In addition, self-study is strictly prohibited outside of the student-plus exchange space on the first floor.

What should I do if garbage is generated in the rental room?

・In accordance with the standards of Kyoto City, in addition to separating burnable garbage from cans and PET bottles, we have installed trash cans for waste plastic and paper waste (miscellaneous paper). If a large amount of garbage is generated, please take it home with you. For a small amount of garbage, please prepare your own transparent or translucent garbage bag (equivalent to 2 bags of 45L) and check with the reception desk for disposal instructions (please take out the garbage by 9 p.m.).

Bicycle parking lot / parking lot

Bicycles and motorcycles under 125cc can be parked in the bicycle parking lot. Please note that the usage time is from 8:30 to 21:30, and if you leave it outside of the hours, the chain will be locked. * The bicycle parking lot is for those who use the hotel, and even in that case, you can park your bicycle only during the usage time.
