Call for Researchers (Research Groups) for the 2020 “Designated Research Project”

The University Consortium Kyoto (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) has established designated research topics and conducts research by researchers in specialized fields with the aim of contributing to the improvement and review of the Foundation’s projects, as well as new development and sophistication.
We are looking for researchers (research groups) on the following two themes as the designated research theme for FY2020 as “Survey and Research Policy on the Role of the Foundation in the Fifth Stage (FY2019-2023)”.


Theme 1
Measures to raise the level of activities to attract international students in the Kyoto region based on the current state of internationalization at Kyoto universities


Theme 2
Unraveling from data analysis the current status and future direction of the role played by the University Consortium Kyoto member schools in the Kyoto region


【Application Period】December 12, 2019 (Thu) ~ January 31, 2020 (Fri)

The maximum amount of research and development expenses per project is 1.5 million yen.
*Researchers (in the case of groups, the principal investigators) are full-time faculty members who belong to a member university or junior college of the Foundation.
