Conclusion of a Partnership Agreement between the Regional Cultural Creation Headquarters of the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the University Consortium Kyoto

The Regional Cultural Creation Division of the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the University Consortium Kyoto have concluded a partnership agreement to exchange, cooperate, and utilize each other’s human, intellectual, and material resources.
Based on this agreement, the Agency for Cultural Affairs will promote specific collaborations, such as strengthening the network between the Regional Cultural Creation Headquarters of the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the member universities of the University Consortium Kyoto, as well as mutual cooperation in the projects implemented by each of them.

Outline of the Agreement
[Purpose]
In order to promote policies that promote the promotion of culture and the arts, regional cultural creation, and the enhancement of learning in Japan through cooperation between the Agency for Cultural Affairs and universities, we will aim to foster momentum for the relocation of the Agency for Cultural Affairs to Kyoto and to further develop the university city of Kyoto by concluding a partnership agreement to promote mutual exchange, cooperation, and utilization of human, intellectual, and material resources.

[Cooperation Matters]
○ In order to achieve the above objectives, the Regional Cultural Creation Headquarters of the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the University Consortium Kyoto will collaborate and cooperate in research and information exchange, personnel exchange, human resource development, facility use, and other matters that both parties deem necessary.
○ The University Consortium Kyoto will cooperate in promoting collaboration between the member universities of the University Consortium Kyoto and the Creation Headquarters.
