For reservations for use of Campus Plaza Kyoto that meet the following reservation conditions, if you are forced to cancel your reservation due to the influence of the new coronavirus infection, you may be able to receive a full refund of the usage fee or usage fee that has already been paid (if you have not paid it, you will not be asked to pay it).

1 Applicable
booking conditions  
If all of the following (1), (2), (3), and (4) are satisfied:

(1) Reservations made from October 1, 2020 (Thursday) to March 31, 2021 (Wednesday)

(Reservations for use after FY2021 are not eligible)

(2) As of Friday, April 10, 2020, an application for use (reservation application) has been made.

(3) When it is not possible to respond to changes in the date of use, postponement, etc.

(4) The cancellation procedure must be completed by Sunday, December 27, 2020.

2 Miscellaneous

Reservations that do not meet any of the above reservation conditions will be cancelled in accordance with the normal terms and conditions of use.

New reservations made after Saturday, April 11, 2020 will be made in accordance with the hotel’s terms of use.
Therefore, even if it is canceled due to the prevention of the spread of new coronavirus infections, the full refund of the usage fee will be refunded.

In addition, if you have not paid, we will not ask you to pay these payments.

(1) Reservations made from February 20, 2020 (Thursday) to September 30, 2020 (Wednesday)

(2) As of Friday, April 10, 2020, an application for use (reservation application) has been made.

New reservations made after Saturday, April 11, 2020 will be subject to the hotel’s terms of use.

Details such as the claim procedure will be communicated to the eligible person shortly.

Closure of the café on the 1st floor

Cafe Kenya, which was open on the 1st floor of Campus Plaza Kyoto, has closed as of the end of March 2020. As a result, the coffee delivery service to the hotel’s meeting rooms has also ended.

Changes (revisions) have been made to the “2020 Kyoto College Student Recruitment Guide”.

 

In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, some courses will be canceled or the class schedule will be changed.
