At Campus Plaza Kyoto, we plan to carry out waterproofing and other renovation work on the roof of the tower from June 5 (Monday) ~ September 29 (Friday Reiwa Reiwa 5.

* From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection, when using Campus Plaza Kyoto, please follow the following points.
Thank you for your cooperation.

・ From March 13, 2023 (Monday), based on the government’s policy, we will respect the independent choice of individuals regarding masks and leave the wearing of masks to the discretion of the individual, but since there are people who are at high risk of becoming seriously ill, such as the elderly, please cooperate in wearing masks, especially in common areas of the building.

・When entering the building, please measure your temperature with a thermometer installed at the entrance and disinfect your hands with a disinfectant.

・ If you have a fever (37.5 degrees or higher or more than 1 degree above the normal temperature ratio) after measuring the temperature at home, etc., cough or sore throat,
Please do not enter the museum if you have symptoms such as sluggishness or difficulty breathing.

・Please keep the seating distance between seats in the rental room at least 2m (at least 1m) as much as possible.
Also, please make sure that people do not stay before or after the usage time.

・Bring a handkerchief or hand towel, and wipe your hands thoroughly after using the restroom.

・Please refrain from talking in the elevator or in the lobby in front of the elevator. You can also use the stairs.

 

　Due to the failure of the audiovisual system control equipment, Lecture Room 1 is currently out of use.

From Saturday, April 1, 2023, we will start renting out the 8th lecture room on the 6th floor.

Facility reservations will be accepted from 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

* The reservation procedure is the same as before, and there is no change.
* The 8th training room on the 6th floor has the same specifications as the 5th and 6th lecture rooms.
