substance

Theme: “The Role of Universities in the Rapidly Declining Birthrate”
Overview

In the midst of the rapidly declining birthrate, the ideal state of universities is also being discussed by the Central Council of Education. What kind of society will it be in the future, and what role should universities play in it? What kind of policy thinking is required to achieve this, and what is required of senior managers, faculty and staff, including presidents, who are promoting reforms at individual universities? In addition to introducing some of the discussions of the Central Council on Education, we will also introduce the latest survey results on the leadership of the President.
