In addition, rental rooms set in the night category (18:00 ~ 21:30) can be used until 20 o’clock, but
the full night category fee will be charged.

[Refund of usage fee when canceling a reservation during closed hours]
1. Eligibility ⓵
During the “Priority Measures to Prevent the Spread of Disease” period (4/12~5/5),
　　 when canceling a reservation for use in a usage category that includes facility closure hours
* Except in cases where it is possible to respond without cancellation, such as changing the date of use or postponing it.

If the usage fee or usage fee for a public facility has already been paid, the full amount will be refunded.

In addition, if you have not paid, we will not ask for delivery.

3. Cancellation Period

　　If the priority measures to prevent the spread of the disease are lifted in the middle of the period, a full refund will be provided at that time.

We will no longer accept cancellations.

Refunds will not be issued if the facility is used during non-closed hours.

・Please wear a mask when entering the building and disinfect your hands with the disinfectant installed at the entrance.
* If you do not wear a mask, you will not be allowed to enter the building in principle.

・If you have a fever (37.5 degrees Celsius or higher or 1 degree above the normal temperature ratio), or if you have symptoms such as cough, sore throat, sluggishness, or difficulty breathing, do not enter the building.

・Please keep the seating distance between seats in the rental room at least 2m (at least 1m) as much as possible. Also, please make sure that people do not stay before or after the usage time.

・Bring a handkerchief or hand towel, and wipe your hands thoroughly after using the restroom.

・Please refrain from talking in the elevator or in the lobby in front of the elevator. You can also use the stairs.

(Request to the organizer of the event) When using it, please make sure that the event is held in accordance with Kyoto Prefecture’s “Priority Measures to Prevent the Spread of Disease”. Also, please know the names and contact information of the participants just in case. * Information may be provided as necessary and provided to public institutions such as public health centers.
