Each venue may be fully booked. Thank you for your understanding.

Please refrain from participating if you have any of the following symptoms.

・ Those who have a fever of 1 degree or more than normal
・Those who have a taste or smell disorder, breathlessness (dyspnea), strong lethargy, cough, sore throat, etc.
・ Those who have been in close contact with a positive person for the new coronavirus infection
・Those who have not passed the quarantine period after entering Japan stipulated by the government
・ Those who have been in close contact with those who have not passed the home quarantine period after entering Japan specified by the government
・ Other people who are worried about their physical condition
* If you are at high risk of becoming seriously ill, such as the elderly or those who have existing residents, please make a careful decision after checking the judgment of your doctor and the information of related organizations.

On the day of the forum, please cooperate with the following:

■ Wearing a mask and disinfecting
hands
・Please be sure to wear a non-woven mask at the venue (unless there is a valid reason why you cannot wear one).
・Thank you for your cooperation in cough etiquette.
・ If you are not wearing a mask, you may be refused entry.
・Please wash your hands frequently and disinfect your hands when entering.
・Except for reception and group work, please keep conversations to a minimum.

■ At the time of reception
・Advance application is required to avoid congestion. Please note that we do not accept participation on the day of the event.
・It will be very crowded before the opening, so please come early.
*Registration is scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m.
・ We will limit the number of people in front of the reception desk and in the elevator, so you may have to wait in the lobby on the 1st floor. Please cooperate with the guidance from the staff.
・ The temperature will be measured at the reception, and those who have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher or are not in good physical condition will not be allowed to enter.

■ Prohibition of moving seats
・Movement within the venue will be restricted.
・After the reception, please use the seat where the materials are placed at the venue of Part 1.
* You cannot sit in a seat that does not have materials.
・Please participate in the first seat position until the end of the program.

■ Seat confirmation
・Envelopes with seat numbers are distributed to seats that can be seated.
* You cannot take home materials other than your own seat. The materials are one copy per person.
・ In the unlikely event that infection with the new coronavirus infection is confirmed, we may contact you after the forum and ask for your seat number.
・Please keep the material envelope for about one week without discarding it.

■ When leaving the venue
・ At the venue of the first part, we will organize and leave. Please cooperate with the guidance from the staff.
・Keep a sufficient distance between people and keep conversations to a minimum.

■ If the infection is confirmed
・ If infection with the new coronavirus infection is confirmed, or if close contact is suspected, application information may be provided at the request of disclosure from local governments and public health centers. Thank you for your understanding.
・You may be contacted by your local government or public health center, but in that case, please follow the instructions of the organization in charge.

Efforts to Prevent the Spread of Infectious Diseases at Venues

・ At the reception, we will use a non-contact thermometer to measure the temperature of all visitors.
・Thorough ventilation will be carried out in the venue, and ventilation will be carried out by taking in outside air.
・ In addition to installing alcohol disinfectants in various places in the venue, we will strengthen disinfection of the venue such as handrails.
・We will ensure a sufficient distance between people.
・ Speakers, related parties, and staff will thoroughly measure their temperature at home, wear masks, and disinfect their hands.
・ We will refrain from talking to the staff as much as possible.
