[Finished] 【For students of member schools】Kyoto Student Public Relations Department Workshop “How to Make Eye-catches to Attract Readers” Recruitment of Participants!

When looking at web media and SNS, many of you may have had the experience of being attracted to banners and eye-catching images and clicking on them involuntarily.

This time, we will learn about “design”, which tends to be avoided as difficult at first glance, from photographer and web designer Mr./Ms. Matsumura.

We are planning a program that can be immediately used in activities, from basic points such as where to put text to work to create original images.

The lecturer is Mr./Ms. Matsumura, a photographer and web designer

< Profile>
In 2007, he started working in web design and DTP design.
My hobby photos are in the camera magazine “Sha Girl Vol.3” (Look!). I started working as a photographer after posting in the photo girl’s room.
So far, he has expanded his activities to Kyoto in earnest after filming the web Seigensha magazine “Kyoto/Base: work & life in Kyoto” of Seigensha, a publishing house in Kyoto, and the book “Living in Ajiki Alley” published in May 2015.
Currently, he presides over the design and camera class “torico.camera”, where he lectures on “design and photography” at events and universities (guest lecturers at Ikebo Junior College), in addition to magazine serialization, book photography, and paper design.

【For high school and university faculty and staff】”The 10th Kyoto High School Teacher Exchange Meeting” August 29 (Sun) Call for Participants

The “Kyoto High School Teacher Exchange Meeting” is a place where people who transcend the boundaries of schools and their founders can share their ideas and concerns about school and homeroom management, class improvement, etc., and interact with each other to solve problems.

The 10th meeting will be held as follows.

In recent years, terms and concepts such as active learning, proactive, interactive, and deep learning, inquiry, and synthesis have been presented in search of a better way of learning, and specific ways of doing so are being explored.
This time, as a basic part of learner-centered question-making, we will provide an opportunity for participants to create questions and engage in dialogue with each other about “better learning” through a question-making method experience workshop such as QFT (Question Formulation Technique).
We would like you to conduct a meta-analysis of the learning effects of each process and facilitation of QFT, and obtain a concrete image and action plan for using it in your school’s organizational development and classroom practice.

We look forward to your active participation.

【For High School Teachers】”The 9th Kyoto High School Teacher Exchange Meeting” May 29 (Sat) Call for Participants

We are pleased to announce that the 9th Kyoto High School Teacher Exchange Meeting will be held as follows.

This year marks the fourth year of the Kyoto High School Teacher Exchange Meeting. In order to provide a place for students to share their ideas and concerns about school and homeroom management and class improvement, and to interact with them to solve them, we have held them on themes that meet the needs of high schools. Now that we are entering a “development period” as a collaboration between high schools and universities, we would like to think together, connect with each other, and create plans in order to expand the circle between high schools and universities.

Therefore, this time, we will use this opportunity for high school teachers to commit to planning through frank exchanges and opinions between high school teachers and university faculty members regarding the planning of this year’s exchange event.

In addition, based on the opinions here, we will create a plan for the 10th and 11th exchange meetings. Let’s come up with a plan together.

We look forward to your active participation.
