Heisei 23 Public Presentation (2nd Screening)
This year, we received 15 applications, and in order to appeal to the selection committee members about the effects, characteristics, and enthusiasm of the projects, we held a second screening meeting (public presentation screening) for those who passed the first screening (document screening).
Heisei 23 Project Certification Ceremony
Of the 15 projects that applied this year, 8 were certified as eligible projects, and a certification ceremony was held at Kyoto City Hall on Friday, July 8, 2011. The Mayor of Kyoto, Kadokawa, presented certificates to the representatives of each project.
Heisei 23 Certified Business Report Meeting
《Debriefing Session》
The 23rd Gakumachi Collaboration Certification Project Report Meeting and the 24th Business Recruitment Briefing Session were held on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Campus Plaza Kyoto.
On the day of the event, not only students and university officials, city officials, but also the general public attended, and activity reports were given by eight organizations adopted in the Heisei 23 academic year.
In the process of planning and operating various initiatives in the community, we have faced many challenges, and I believe that the results of the projects will be a great asset for both the students and the community, and will be able to be utilized in future activities.
We hope that such efforts will not be one-off, but will be carried out continuously, creating new businesses, and revitalizing the cycle in each ward of Kyoto City!
