After working as an assistant at Kyushu University, a professor at the Center for University Entrance Examinations, a professor at the Center for Media Education Development, a professor at Nagoya University, a professor at Meijo University, and the dean of the Graduate School of Graduate School, he served as vice president and director of Meijo University (in charge of education), and is currently devoting himself to teaching undergraduate and graduate schools.
Based on the theory and experience of strategic planning, he has made it his life’s work to explore, develop, and disseminate practical methodologies that promote innovation in high school and university management and education.
