Main

Growth and development of young staff

This year’s SD Forum, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary, focuses on “young people” who will be responsible for tomorrow’s higher education, and the main theme is “growth and development of young staff.” In addition to giving keynote speeches on the theme of learning that leads to the growth of young employees, six subcommittees will be set up to receive case reports from universities and companies that are making advanced initiatives from the standpoints of “growth” and “development,” and will examine the improvement of the capabilities of university staff from various perspectives.
In addition, after the deliberations in each subcommittee, we will provide opportunities for all participants to interact with each other, and aim to utilize the results obtained from this forum in personnel policies and human resource development at individual universities and junior colleges in the future.
