As a member of society and university staff, it is essential to learn business etiquette in order to work. We aim to acquire basic business etiquette that will be indispensable in various situations that you will encounter in the future.

■Modern Business Etiquette

You will look back on the business manners you have learned while working as a university employee, reconfirm whether the business manners you think are the correct answer, and acquire the correct business manners again. By learning and establishing practical business etiquette, we aim to facilitate communication between students, parents, and staff.

Career Design

As the environment surrounding universities changes and competition from other universities intensifies, improving the quality of faculty and staff will continue to be a recurring issue. In order for students to take the initiative in envisioning and realizing their professional lives and careers, the content will allow them to develop jobs and duties that make the most of their abilities, while taking into account their own experiences, skills, and future vision.

Facilitation Basics

The purpose of this course is to understand the concept of facilitation, which is a useful professional ability in building consensus and demonstrating mutual understanding, and to master the basics of facilitation through the design of workshop programs.

■Improvement of planning skills

We aim to improve the skills of how to plan and formulate future goals of the organization, etc., and how to make the proposal persuasive. In addition, we aim to hone the ideas and creativity in the planning process, and to acquire feasible planning methods.
