FY 2011

Outline of the event

In fiscal 2011, we plan to start a new type of SD training program that has never been seen before. Rather than a classroom-based style of listening to lectures, participants think, plan, and execute on their own in a workshop-style workshop-style training session.

Collaboration ~When people connect, work changes~

Since the latter half of the 1990s, PCs have become widespread for each person, e-mail and information systems have been introduced, and university staff have begun to spend a lot of time creating materials, searching for information, and responding to e-mails. But are we really “sharing information” right now? Not only do we “know” information, but we also “connect” people who have information, and something changes. This is a workshop for staff involved in all kinds of work, not just information systems.

Date & Time
: Saturday, November 26, 2011 13:00 ~ 17:00

Corporate Planning ~How to Deal with the University Vision~

This workshop is mainly based on the important work of the Strategic Division, which plays a central role in university management, “Formulation and Promotion of Vision.” The goal is to acquire practical knowledge and cultivate a sense of university management by sharing successful and unsuccessful cases of actually formulating and promoting the vision, as well as through dialogue at workshops. It is assumed that those who are involved in planning work will participate, but those who are interested in a wide range of things are also welcome to participate.

Date & Time:

Saturday

General Affairs & General Affairs Workshop ~Problem Solving, Consort Section~

Problems that cannot be solved or cannot be solved on campus will be brought to the Consort Section, a virtual general affairs section of the University Consortium Network, to find answers. If three people get together, they will have the wisdom of Wenshu, and if they get together with their general affairs colleagues across the university and share their wisdom, most problems should be solved. The practical knowledge that leads to solutions and the network that is created here will be valuable assets for those who participate. We are looking forward to the participation of staff of general affairs and general affairs administrative departments.

Date & Time:

Saturday

, December 10, 2011 13:00 ~17:00

Educational Management Workshop ~Educational Kaizen Research by Staff~

While sharing the image of “educational reform by staff, staff, and for students,” this workshop is a place where you can have a dialogue about educational reform and educational management beyond the university, and gain hints and courage. It is expected that staff members belonging to the Academic Affairs Division, the Faculty Administrative Office, the Academic Affairs Planning Office, the President’s Office, the Education and Research Center, etc., will participate. Twist ideas that can only be generated by staff, not faculty or students, and rediscover the job of a university employee.
