FY 2012

Outline of the event

We will take up the history, present, and future of Kyoto’s many traditional cultures from multiple perspectives. The clothing, food, and shelter of the people living in Kyoto, as well as the bustle of the festival. In addition, we would like to invite professionals from each field to introduce the weight of tradition and its modern significance, as well as its lesser-known charms, using traditional performing arts, clothing, landscaping, tea ceremony, and Kyoto confectionery as themes.
