【For University Faculty and Staff】2024 SD Joint Training Program
We are now accepting applications for the “Time Management Course Useful for Work”.

In this training, under the pretext of “for students” and “for teachers,” the purpose of this training is to acquire through lectures and work methods that can create opportunities to break through the current situation surrounding the higher education industry, where there is always a shortage of personnel despite the fact that there are many things to do, and Mr./Ms..
Mr./Ms.’s time is not infinite. In addition, there is a limit to the work that can be done during the working day. In addition, in the work of a school corporation, there are many “destinations” that are invisible, and there may be no limit. I would like to use this as an opportunity to review the fundamental way of proceeding with work from the perspective of how to carry out work efficiently, whether the work is really necessary, and whether the standardized way of proceeding with work (manual) is correct. Let Mr./Ms. all of you look back at your own behavior patterns, analyze their characteristics, and find sustainable ways of working. Further effects can be expected by working together while exchanging opinions.
Let’s use this as an opportunity to meet people who work in the same industry and connect them to the future!
