We are accepting applications for participation in “Marketing Forefront ~Capturing the Hearts of High School Students and New Students~”.
With the declining birthrate, the environment surrounding university student recruitment (entrance examination publicity) is only becoming more severe. From the perspective of private school management, there is an emphasis on marketing, which is how to build a system that captures the trends of the times and makes people want to apply, instead of the conventional recruitment publicity that disseminates information widely, and there is a need for governance and organizational development that can implement it. In the Kansai region, there is an active movement to relocate campuses to be closer to stations on major railway lines in order to secure a wider range of schools, and to actively expand and reorganize faculties to meet the wide range of needs of high school students. These are measures for survival, but at the root of the project should be the future vision of the university that we want to aim for, or in other words, the guidelines for branding the university.
In this training, we hope that the idea of marketing and branding will be organized from the perspective of university public relations, and that it will be an opportunity to review whether the efforts at your university are really marketing or whether they are systematic and continuous efforts as part of branding.
