About the Logo
The image of industry-government-academia-regional collaboration based on Kyoto’s Mt. Shimizumei and historical and cultural resources is expressed in the “maroon,” and the foundation’s philosophy of education and research through collaboration and linkage, as well as future international development, is expressed.
University Consortium Kyoto Logo Usage Guidelines
(Purpose)
Article 1 The University Consortium Kyoto (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) shall establish a logo mark as a symbol based on the purpose of its establishment, and shall stipulate necessary matters regarding its use.
(Licensee)
Article 2 The right holder of the logo mark shall be as follows.
- foundation
- Foundation Affiliations
- Other organizations that the Foundation deems appropriate.
(Eligibility)
Article 3 The use of the logo mark shall be as follows.
- Public relations activities related to the activities of the Foundation and projects that the Foundation deems appropriate
- Other activities that the Foundation deems appropriate.
(How to use)
Article 4 The use of the logo shall be stipulated separately.
(Obligations of the Licensee)
Article 5 The user of the logo mark shall use it in accordance with the purpose of establishing the foundation.
(Termination of use)
Article 6 In the event of inappropriate use of the logo mark in violation of these guidelines, the right holder may request the right holder to stop using the logo.
Supplementary provisions
These guidelines shall come into effect on July 1, 2010.
