Business Overview
As an organizational effort for faculty members to improve and enhance their teaching content and methods, the University Consortium Kyoto has been promoting FD activities in the Kyoto area together with member universities since 1995, shortly after its establishment.
In the FD business, we have been promoting awareness and promotion through the development and implementation of rank-based FD training and the publication of the “Manga FD Handbook,” a textbook that supports the training. This “Manga FD Handbook” conveys examples that may occur in the field of education in an easy-to-understand manner in the form of manga, and has received a wide response not only from member schools, but also from a wide range of students.
