Application for use of name

The University Consortium Kyoto has established the following criteria for sponsorship names. After confirming this, please fill out the application form for the use of the name of the sponsor (Form No. 1), seal it, and submit it to the person in charge of the sponsor’s name by bringing or mailing it together with the business plan, income and expenditure budget, publicity materials (including drafts), and outline materials of the sponsoring organization.

The results will be reviewed by the Foundation (depending on the content of the application, we may not be able to meet your wishes), and if it is recognized that the applicant meets the criteria, we will notify the applicant by means of an approval form for the use of the sponsor’s name, etc.

* It takes about 2 weeks from the application for permission in the name of the sponsor. In addition, please note that it will take about 1~2 months for co-sponsorship and sponsorship because it is necessary to make a resolution at the institutional meeting.

* If approved, we will mail you a letter of approval, so please enclose a return envelope with an 84 yen stamp attached to it.

Inspection Procedures

Please present the inspection request letter to the person in charge of the inspection counter and apply.
Please note that depending on the schedule and the content of your application, we may not be able to meet your request.
