Outline of the event

Under the theme of “Eating Kyoto,” we will focus on Kyoto’s food, which has been fostered by its long history and unique climate, and focus on the originality of Kyoto’s food and the ingredients that make it up, to clarify the “uniqueness of Kyoto” and unravel its appeal. In fiscal 2010, a total of 10 lectures and two hands-on courses were set up, allowing students to absorb knowledge through classroom lectures and hands-on experiences.
