Outline of the event

This is a joint project aimed at improving the capabilities of staff and improving the efficiency and sophistication of university operations, as well as reducing costs for each member university by taking advantage of economies of scale. This is the second year of the four-year program from 2010 to 2013.

Business Etiquette Training (Basics)

As a member of society and university staff, business etiquette as common sense is a compulsory subject that should be acquired, and we aim to acquire business etiquette that is indispensable for conducting responsible behavior in the future.

Marketing Training

In addition to acquiring knowledge of marketing in management and its specific contents, students will also discover the issues of their own university and aim to understand the collection and analysis of information to solve them.

Leadership Training

We aim to recognize the leadership behavior expected of mid-level employees and the skills necessary for them, improve interpersonal relationships within departments, revitalize teamwork, and improve interpersonal skills that are indispensable for leaders.

Negotiation Training

The aim of this course is to ensure that the stakeholders surrounding the university are fully aware of how to respond in a way that satisfies them, especially those who “turn the person who claims the complaint to the side of the fan,” and to acquire and establish practical response skills.

Mental Health Training

Understand what stress is, when it occurs, etc., and think about its causes and manifestations in detail. In addition, based on the fact that relationships in the workplace have a significant impact on mental health, we aim to learn how to build relationships that activate subordinates and reduce stress.
