Career Design for University Staff

At this year’s SD Forum, which is now in its ninth year, the overall theme will be “Career Design for University Staff,” and in addition to keynote speeches, six subcommittees will be set up to receive case reports from universities and other organizations that are making advanced initiatives, and the possibility of career improvement as university staff will be examined from various perspectives. In addition, after the deliberations in each subcommittee, we aim to provide an opportunity for all participants to interact with each other, and to exchange information in order to utilize the results obtained from this SD forum for future personnel policies and human resource development at individual universities and junior colleges.
