Capacity development of employees born from “collaboration”

At this year’s SD Forum, which is celebrating its eighth anniversary, we focused on “collaboration” as a keyword for considering the results of the organization, and the overall theme was “skill development for staff born from collaboration,” and in addition to giving keynote speeches, we established six subcommittees and received case reports from universities that are making advanced efforts in collaboration with teachers, local communities (collaboration), and professional collaboration. We will examine the possibilities of improving staff capacity that collaboration at universities can open up from various perspectives. In addition, after the deliberations in each subcommittee, we will provide opportunities for all participants to interact with each other, and aim to utilize the results obtained from this SD forum in personnel policies and human resource development at individual universities and junior colleges in the future.
