Implementation Report

The 12th Kyoto International Student Film Festival was held at Kyoto Cinema on November 21 (Sat) ~ November 27 (Fri), 2009 14:00~21:00. During the exhibition, a total of 20 programs were held, and many visitors attended.

In each program, in addition to screenings of works by student artists, a talk show was also held by the executive committee members and student artists, and behind the scenes stories related to the production, which could not be understood just by watching the works, were unfolded, and the students were able to feel the fun of the works from the perspective of the students, which is a little different from box office films.

In addition, many artists from Japan and overseas visited Japan, and opportunities were provided to interact with the executive committee members, and one of the largest student film festivals in Japan, created by the executive committee members and artists together, ended with great success.

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who came to the venue, to the student artists who submitted their works to this festival, and to all those who supported the festival in various ways.
