Theme_2010

In today’s fast-paced knowledge-based society, university human resource development is being forced to undergo major changes, such as the ability to obtain a bachelor’s degree and the incorporation of career education into the criteria for establishing universities. What is being asked now is the development of human resources who can organically connect knowledge and issues with independence and find solutions to problems, in addition to acquiring knowledge as in the past, but it is evaluated that universities have not necessarily produced human resources who can meet such social needs. Therefore, I would like to consider collaboration as one of the keywords for human resource development at universities.
