【For High School Teachers】”The 5th Kyoto High School Teacher Exchange Meeting” February 1, 2020 (Sat) Call for Participants

The “Kyoto High School Teacher Exchange Meeting” is a place where people who transcend the boundaries of schools and their establishments to exchange ideas and concerns about school and homeroom management, class improvement, etc., and share their thoughts on solutions.

The 5th meeting will be held as follows.
This time, under the theme of “Class Experience and Gathering for Exchanging Opinions to Acquire Problem-Finding Skills,” participants will have a question-making class experience and interaction with each other to acquire problem-finding skills in inquiry-based learning and comprehensive learning.

Isn’t it important for high school and university students to acquire the skills and mindset to design and practice learning spaces where learners can ask their own questions and delve into those questions while learning from others?
It is also important for us as teachers to be able to learn, understand, and use new ways of learning to identify issues.
Therefore, this time, we aim to cultivate the ability to find problems in inquiry-based learning and comprehensive learning while interacting with each other in a group work format.

We understand that this is a busy time, but we look forward to your active participation. I would also be grateful if you could reach out to the teachers you know.
