University Consortium Kyoto Internship Program

The University Consortium Kyoto’s internship program is not an internship as a job hunting process, but rather a part of learning at the university, and was launched in 1998 as an educational program (co-op education) with the aim of “stimulating motivation to learn,” “fostering a high level of vocational awareness,” and “fostering human resources with independence and originality” through the fusion of actual experience and education and research. It is operated as a career education with a curriculum that considers “work” from the perspective of practice, not just work experience, and fosters basic skills for working adults.
