Business Overview

With the inclusion of the description of “career education” in the Course of Study for High Schools (March 2009) and the development of career education and vocational education aimed at social and vocational independence through primary and secondary education to higher education, the Kyoto High School-University Collaborative Research Council has been promoting the ” ” since 2012 with the aim of stimulating high school students’ motivation to learn and contributing to the promotion of career education in each school. Career Education” project has been launched.

Marutoku

The purpose of this program is for high school students in Kyoto Prefecture to interact with faculty, students, and members of society from member universities, to learn about what they have learned at the university, to stimulate their motivation to go on to higher education, and to help them design their own future.

Work-Life Talk

Compared to a few decades ago, we are gradually changing to a society where women and men work together, but it is still not enough, and there are many issues to be addressed.
For this reason, the purpose of this program is to help men and women think about their work and lifestyle from a long-term perspective, recognizing that there are turning points unique to women, such as childbirth, and the social conditions surrounding women, as well as recognizing the need for men’s work style reforms.
* In the past, the program was called “Girls’ Career Talk” and specialized for female students and female students, but from 2017, it was reorganized into a program for male and male students as well.

High School and University Collaboration Future Session

The High School-University Collaborative Future Session is a program that aims to promote the career development of high school and university students, and is a program in which a theme is set each time and the theme is discussed across generations, such as high school students, university students, and working adults, as well as between schools.
