Career Education” project has been launched.

Future Session for High School and University Collaboration

The Future Session is a program that aims to promote the career development of high school and university students, and is a program in which a theme is set each time and dialogue and exchange on that theme across generations and schools, such as high school students, university students, and working adults.

Outline of the event

“What kind of work will be needed in society in the future?”

With the advent of AI through technological innovation, it is said that it is time to rethink the very concept of the current profession. What is important is not to think about which occupations will disappear, but to consider what kind of social activities will be needed in society in the future and what jobs will be viable. As society becomes more diverse and work styles change, we would like to use this as an opportunity to think about the future of work styles through dialogue with guests about how the interests and concerns of high school and university students are connected to society and how they can be returned to society.
In addition, you will be able to gain new ideas about work and careers, such as what is currently happening in society, how society will change in the future, and what social activities are required for it.
Even if jobs and occupations change, the following will be held as an opportunity for students to realize that in order to live in the society of the future, it is necessary to have academic skills that cannot be measured by tests alone, such as the ability to think, make judgments, and express oneself flexibly using the knowledge they are currently learning, and the attitude to work independently.
