University Staff in the Age of AI

In recent years, the development of AI has been so remarkable that special features on AI (Artificial Intelligence) have been featured in many media, and the environment surrounding universities and university staff is about to change drastically along with changes in society. While the use of AI can be expected to lead to more diverse and advanced initiatives, it is also necessary to review the nature of universities and the work styles of university staff. What should universities and university staff do in the coming age of AI?
In this forum, we will deepen our understanding of AI and think together with the participants about what university education and university staff should be like in the age of AI, how they need to change, how AI should be utilized, and what kind of skills they need to acquire.
