FY 2016

In collaboration with Kyoto City, our foundation will widely disseminate examples of collaboration between universities, students, and local communities in the city, as well as host a “University-Community Collaboration Summit” (nicknamed “Gachi Link”) to provide an opportunity for interaction between universities, students, and local organizations involved in community collaboration activities.

On the day, there will be a lecture by community designer Ryo Yamazaki, presentations of case studies by universities selected for the “Academic-City Collaborative University” promotion project, and a poster session (panels introducing case studies and exchanging opinions, etc.) by universities, students, and local groups engaged in university-community collaboration activities in the city.

From the lectures and reports on various activities, why not find hints on how to further deepen collaboration between universities, students, and the local community, aiming for new possibilities for collaboration and further revitalization of the local community?

Anyone is welcome to participate, so please feel free to join us.
